The Screen Capture tool is a feature of the Claripoint Vista service. This page is designed to support users who are experiencing a problem installing or using the Screen Capture tool via Claripoint Vista.
To install the Screen Capture tool:
Click here to download and install the Claripoint Screen Capture Controls program.
To uninstall the Screen Capture tool:
Click here to download and run the Claripoint Controls Uninstaller program.
Select "Open" to run the application or download the file to the desktop and run the application manually.
Note: The Screen Capture tool is only available for Microsoft Windows. You may require "Administrator" privileges to install the Screen Capture tool. If so, please contact your local IT support staff.
