This page contains the relevant Java Runtime Environment (JRE) software for various operating systems and browsers.
Please install the latest JRE from Sun Microsystems using one of the links below:
Click here for Microsoft Windows 98, ME, XP, NT 4, 2000 or 2003.

Then, click here to install the update for Macintosh OS X, or run the Software Updates program on your computer.Click here for Macintosh OS 8.1 to 9.x.
Alternatively, please go to the Java Download website to download an appropriate version of the JRE.
On Windows machines, select "Open" to run the application or download the file to the desktop and run the application manually.
You may require "Administrator" privileges to install the Java Runtime Environment. If so, please contact your local IT support staff.
On Macintosh machines, use an appropriate extractor software and run the application manually.
Once installed, please open a new Internet Explorer browser, and under Tools -> Internet Options..., select the Advanced tab, and make sure that the first two options are set and the third option is unset, as follows:
Please close all our browser windows before trying to use the Claripoint service.
If you still experience Java problems after this installation, please try using the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (JVM) below.
If you can only use the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) from Microsoft Corp., please install it using the links below:
First, click here to install the latest JVM distribution (5.0.0.3805).
Then, click here to update to the latest security patches for the JVM (5.0.0.3810).
